"Mother"

She calls out, beckoning,

come my dear
be with me

the wind carries her whispers through the trees

come my dear, be with me

the birds sing her melody
...and harmonize

come my dear, be with me

the sun lights a path
summoning, drawing forth

come my dear, be with me

delicate petals hypnotize
with the aroma of her fragrance

come my dear, be with me

She tempts with a taste of bittersweet succulence

come my dear, be with me

the air seduces with her touch
come my dear, be with me

I am overcome by the power of her beauty

I have gone to be with her.

  1. LIVING for these macro shots! What lens did you use? Theyre so incredible and in focus!

    1. Thanks! It's actually just a regular 18-55 mm with a cheap macro adapter I got on Amazon. I think one or two were done without it. The feather was with a 75-300mm zoom.
